Current prices: Signature Tee: €35. Zip Hoodie: €60. Beanie: €15. Delivery is charged separately.

Payment takes place on Stripe’s secure checkout page. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and depend on the amount, currency and location. A pending payment is not yet a confirmed payment.

The official PRANI 001 launch date is 1 December 2026. Preorders are scheduled to dispatch on 8 December 2026, exactly seven calendar days later. This is the dispatch date—not an arrival date. The same dates are displayed on the product page, at checkout, and in the order confirmation.

Cancellations, withdrawal and costs

Because the production run is planned from paid preorders, ELG does not offer an additional voluntary cancellation right after production begins, except where required by applicable law. This does not limit mandatory withdrawal rights, rights relating to delayed or failed delivery, or rights concerning faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

The current products have fixed designs and standard color and size options. Merely producing them after payment does not make them legally personalised. Consumers who have a statutory right of withdrawal—including consumers protected by German or EU law—may use that right according to applicable law. The standard EU period for goods is 14 days from receipt, and withdrawal can also be declared before delivery.

When properly disclosed before purchase, the customer bears the direct cost of a withdrawal return. ELG refunds the product price and the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery offered for the order. Any additional amount paid because the customer selected express, premium, or another more expensive delivery option is not refunded.

The customer must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after declaring withdrawal. ELG makes the refund within the applicable legal period, but may withhold it until the returned goods are received or the customer supplies evidence that they were sent back, whichever occurs first. The refund uses the original payment method unless a different method is expressly agreed without cost to the customer.

A customer may inspect and try on a garment as they reasonably could in a shop. If handling goes beyond that and causes an actual loss in value—for example, wearing, washing, damaging, staining, or altering the garment—ELG may claim the legally permitted amount of that proven loss, provided the required withdrawal information was supplied correctly.

ELG does not impose a flat production-cost, cancellation, or restocking deduction where a statutory withdrawal right applies. A withdrawal return is also different from a faulty, damaged, or incorrect delivery; mandatory defect and conformity rights remain unaffected.
